Silver Creek Ventures (SCV) is an investment fund focused on creating substantial value for its shareholders through investing in real estate opportunities. Over twenty years of experience in construction and finance industries have enabled SCV fund managers to look beyond the obvious to generate above industry average returns. Investment in Silver Creek Ventures is through a ratified silent partnership agreement. The minimum investment amount is $250,000 with the minimum investment interval of two years. Even though fund may distribute profits in the form of dividends at discrete intervals, a typical investor should rely on the dividends for long term capital growth, and not as a source of primary income. Other criteria for a qualified investor in SCV include:


· Individual or joint net worth (with spouse) >$1,000,000
· Individual income >$200,000 or joint income >$300,000
· A plan, an entity or a trust with total assets >$5,000,000.
